Refund policy

At Loomer Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@loomer.in with your order number and reason for return.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We currently allow size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

  • If your size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For defective or wrong items, we will provide a free return label.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
