What size should I order?
Loomer garments are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down. For detailed measurements, please refer to our Size Chart.
How should I care for my Loomer clothing?
We recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. To preserve prints and fabric quality, air dry and iron inside out on low heat.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Our collections are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked. Stay updated on new releases by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram @loomer.in.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within India.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped. Contact us promptly at support@loomer.in with your order details.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship exclusively within India. We're working on expanding our reach internationally.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free standard shipping across India.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your shipment's progress through this link.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@loomer.in with your order number and reason for return.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are processed as store credit, valid for 6 months. In cases of defective or incorrect items, a full refund to the original payment method will be issued.
How long does the exchange process take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days. The new item will be shipped promptly thereafter.
